離子源分布式控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

將NI 公司的可編程自動(dòng)化控制器(PAC) Compact FieldPoint 應(yīng)用于離子源系統(tǒng)控制中，可充分發(fā)其易于使用、可擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)、可重用度高以及具有實(shí)時(shí)的運(yùn)載軟件的平臺(tái)，結(jié)合穩(wěn)定的I/O 模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)ECR離子源的分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)控制。使用PID 控制算法控制定標(biāo)參量；并通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程面板技術(shù)，用戶(hù)通過(guò)本地Client 端）計(jì)算機(jī)打開(kāi)并操作位于遠(yuǎn)程（Web Server 端）上的VI 前面板，實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)程共享
和用戶(hù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程操控。
