AM572x Sitara ARM應(yīng)用處理器旨在滿(mǎn)足現(xiàn)代嵌入式產(chǎn)品對(duì)于處理性能的強(qiáng)烈需求。
AM572x器件通過(guò)其極具有活性的全集成混合處理器解決方案,可實(shí)現(xiàn)較高的處理性能。此外,這些器件不但具有可編程視頻處理功能,還融合了高度集成的外設(shè)集。每個(gè)AM572x器件都具有加密加速功能。
雙核ARM Cortex-A15 RISC CPU配有Neon™擴(kuò)展和兩個(gè)TI C66x VLIW浮點(diǎn)DSP內(nèi)核,可提供編程功能。借助ARM,開(kāi)發(fā)人員能夠控制函數(shù)與在DSP和協(xié)處理器上編程的其他算法分離開(kāi)來(lái),從而降低系統(tǒng)軟件的復(fù)雜性。
此外,TI提供有一套針對(duì)ARM和C66x DSP的完整開(kāi)發(fā)工具集,其中包括C語(yǔ)言編譯器,用于簡(jiǎn)化編程和調(diào)度過(guò)程的DSP匯編優(yōu)化器以及一個(gè)用于查看源代碼執(zhí)行的調(diào)試接口。
