一 概述
WTN6 系列為多功能,低功耗,高性能的 CMOS 語(yǔ)音芯片。現(xiàn)有WTN6006、WTN6020、WTN6040、WTN6080、WTN6170 五種芯片(語(yǔ)音長(zhǎng)度分別為6、20、40s、80s、170s),WTN6020、WTN6040、WTN6080、WTN6170 已投入市場(chǎng)。音頻采樣率目前最高可達(dá)32kHz,16 級(jí)音量控制,兩種音頻輸出方式 PWM 輸出和 DAC 輸出。精準(zhǔn)的+/-1%內(nèi)部震蕩,不需要加外部震蕩,具備超低功耗待機(jī)。
二 功能簡(jiǎn)述
(1) 工作電壓:2.4V~5.2V;
(2) 待機(jī)模式下,靜態(tài)電流小于 5uA(語(yǔ)音播放完成后,DATA /CLK 信號(hào)線保持穩(wěn)定的電平2 秒左右即可休眠);
(3) 精準(zhǔn)的+/-1%內(nèi)部震蕩,有低壓復(fù)位(LVR=2.0V)
(4) 12 位 PWM 純音頻輸出,可直接驅(qū)動(dòng) 8Ω/0.5W 喇叭和蜂鳴器,DAC音頻輸出,可外接功放;
(5) 具備串口控制模式:數(shù)脈沖,按鍵,一線串口,兩線串口(最多可以加載224段語(yǔ)音,后續(xù)有詳解)
(6) 支持 BUSY 狀態(tài)輸出(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序 BUSY 腳默認(rèn)空閑時(shí)為高電平,語(yǔ)音播放過(guò)程中為低電平。另外,串口控制模式下,只有當(dāng)語(yǔ)音芯片收到正確的語(yǔ)音地址時(shí)序BUSY腳才會(huì)有電平變化);
選型注意:
1.芯片的控制方式和輸出方式在燒寫(xiě)程序時(shí)已經(jīng)設(shè)定好,不可以再次更改,訂做芯片時(shí)需要和業(yè)務(wù)員說(shuō)明應(yīng)用要求。
2.因?yàn)?WTN6 上電需要一定的初始化時(shí)間(約 100MS 左右),而且初始化期間無(wú)法響應(yīng)指令,需完成初始化才能正常接收控制指令。

3.1. 管腳分布圖:
四 一線通信
一線串口模式可以利用 MCU 通過(guò) DATA 線給 WTN6 系列語(yǔ)音芯片發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)以達(dá)到控制的目的??梢詫?shí)現(xiàn)控制語(yǔ)音播放、停止、循環(huán)等。

一線通信時(shí)序
先把數(shù)據(jù)線拉低 4~20ms 后,推薦 5ms,發(fā)送 8 位數(shù)據(jù),先發(fā)送低位,再發(fā)送高位,使用高電平和低電平比例來(lái)表示每個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)位的值。
注意:必須高電平在前,低電平在后。推薦使用 200us:600us。取值范圍:40us:120us ~ 400us:1200us。注意使用3:1 和1:3電平比例以保障通訊穩(wěn)定。假如我們要發(fā)送 96H,那么他對(duì)應(yīng)的時(shí)序圖,如下所示:
注意:發(fā)碼前若 DATA 為低電平時(shí),需先拉高大于等于 5ms(推薦5ms),然后再進(jìn)行拉低5ms發(fā)碼。(必須要有拉高 5ms 的動(dòng)作,否則某些條件下發(fā)碼會(huì)不響應(yīng))假如我們要讓芯片依次播放 01/02/03/04 地址的語(yǔ)音內(nèi)容。即連碼指令播放F3H+01H+F3H+02H+F3H+03H+F3H+04H 對(duì)應(yīng)時(shí)序可以如下圖所示:
注意:1.因?yàn)閃TN6上電需要一定的初始化時(shí)間(約100MS左右),而且初始化期間無(wú)法響應(yīng)指令,因此建議用戶使用連碼功能時(shí),一組連碼地址發(fā)送之后延時(shí) 2ms 再發(fā)送下一組連碼地址;但是F3 與地址之間的間隔還是 2ms;2.芯片 IO 口,默認(rèn)內(nèi)部 1M 下拉。因此客戶在做低功耗休眠時(shí),語(yǔ)音播放結(jié)束可以將DATA拉低,防止倒灌電流。

復(fù)制20.1_file_xtu示例工程,到同一個(gè)文件夾下,修改文件名為3.1_SSD1315,如圖:

在我們長(zhǎng)期投身于蜂窩物聯(lián)網(wǎng) ODM/OEM 解決方案的實(shí)踐過(guò)程中,一直被物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)碎片化與產(chǎn)業(yè)資源碎片化的問(wèn)題所困擾。從產(chǎn)品定義、芯片選型,到軟硬件研發(fā)和測(cè)試,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的碎片化以及產(chǎn)業(yè)資源的碎片化,始終對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)交付質(zhì)量和效率形成制約。為了減少因物聯(lián)網(wǎng)碎片化而帶來(lái)的重復(fù)開(kāi)發(fā)工作,我們著手對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)中高頻應(yīng)用的技術(shù)知識(shí)進(jìn)行沉淀管理,并基于 Bloom OS 搭建了不同平臺(tái)的 RTOS 應(yīng)用生態(tài)。后來(lái)我們發(fā)現(xiàn),很多物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)都面臨著相似的困擾,于是,我們決定向全體物聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)者開(kāi)放奇跡物聯(lián)內(nèi)部沉淀的應(yīng)用技術(shù)知識(shí)庫(kù) Wiki,期望能為更多物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)者減輕一些重復(fù)造輪子的負(fù)擔(dān)。
